LION’S MANE

BEECH//SHIMEJI

  • Popular in Japan, “Shimeji” is often described as a nutty, or buttery flavored mushroom. This cold weather variety is a little more finicky than some of the other varieties, but expect rewarding clusters in colder temps.

BLACK KING
