ABOUT US —

MIDAM MUSHROOMS

Located just south of Toledo in Woodville, Ohio, our roots are firmly planted as a family-owned enterprise deeply devoted to small-scale agriculture and scientific innovation. Our mission revolves around the transformative use of agricultural waste to create high-quality food and income for small farmers, all within the confines of our state-of-the-art mycelium lab.

In collaboration with local farmers, we're dedicated to repurposing unused farm waste, such as oat hulls, soybean hulls, and hemp stalks.
